Personal Training in Basingstoke

My approach to Personal Training is just that, it's Personal...!

No two people are the same, no two bodies are the same, and therefore no two programs should be the same!

For personal training to be successful I like to make sure we are sharing the same goal(s) and the relationship between the trainer and client is always  open and honest.

Whatever your fitness goal(s), I believe I have the knowledge, skills and exercise technique to help you to achieve them.

If I had to sum up my approach to personal training in three words it would be this:

  1. Challenging
  2. Achievable
  3. Light Hearted!


I want you to challenge yourself, achieve your goals whilst having a smile (or grimace) on your face!

I am able to offer various training methods to help you to achieve, and exceed, your goals, and they include:

  • Strength & Conditioning workouts
  • Boxing & pad-work sessions
  • Functional Training using the ViPR
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Weight management & nutritional advice
  • Body-weight & medicine ball training
  • Kettlebells & Bulgarian Bag workouts
  • Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp training
  • Bio-signature Practitioner (Feb 2012) for fat lose
     

Personal training sessions are carried out at The Fitness Experts studio in Basingstoke, Hampshire and outdoor sessions are also available.

Rates vary according to the sessions duration (30 mins or 60 mins) see Services & Prices.

Groups of 2-4 will be considered.
