I am so pleased that I joined, I was very sceptical to begin with what with the early mornings and the diet sheets, and to be honest I thought here we go again!
To my amazement you managed to make the sessions fun although difficult and really pushed us all the way, but with your well thought out plan of action for both the food and the exercise, we were always on to a winner!
I started the program weighing in at just under 16 stone with a huge waist measurement and just two weeks later lost just over half a stone and 2.5 cm off my waist, the bad news is I did not even win the challenge!
Someone did even better losing over one stone, testament to the fact that it really works!
I am really pleased with the results and feel that my weight loss journey has begun, you have shown me the road to fitness, one that I will be traveling from now on and I am looking forward to losing even more over the coming months.

Having made the decision I really needed to do something about getting fit and losing weight I saw Tony's website, booked up a meeting with him and have not looked back.
Even though I belonged to a gym I rarely went, my clothes were all getting too small for me, I kept feeling tired all the time and felt life was passing me by. Working with Tony in his classes, 1-1 personal training and nutrition sessions has turned that all around.
Both working out with Tony on a 1-1 basis or in his classes is masses of fun. No more wandering around looking at what machines to get on and spend 30 minutes doing a repetitive exercise. Tony's classes make you work harder than you ever have, there is lots of variety and you wont find yourself looking at the clock and thinking "I've only done 5 minutes and I'm bored". Tony is really encouraging and motivating and will get you coming back for more.
Tony's nutrition advice has been invaluable and has changed my perception of food and I don't think of it as being on a diet, it's just what I eat, it's not difficult and I don't feel like I am missing out and I am never hungry.
The weight loss programme has been a fantastic start to my journey in being a fitter, healthier and more active person.

"I've known Tony Marke for the last 18 months and during that time I've found his help and advice to be extremely valuable.
He trained me with 1:1 padwork sessions every week, which although exhausting really built up my stamina and upper body strength.
I also attended Tony's weekly Box-A-Fit classes which were fantastic. They were a combination of boxing, cardio work and circuit training and gave an excellent 'all over' work out. Tony would keep it fresh and through his motivation was great fun.
