STEP 1- we need to find out WHY you are in a position to want to lose weight?
What is your ‘trigger’?
What has happened in your life to suddenly give you that ‘light-bulb’ moment?
Maybe it’s a ‘Big Birthday’ approaching, or maybe your favourite clothes no longer fit, or maybe somebody’s said something to you or maybe you feel that your weight is holding you back from enjoying the things that you most want to do?
Whatever it is, we need to recognise this and take positive action to deal with it.
STEP 2- we need to have a look at your NUTRITION and your EATING HABITS.
A bad diet is normally due to two reasons.
Reason number 1: No Structure to your eating.
Reason number 2: More than likely you'll be Making Bad Food Choices.
Once we’ve recognised and dealt with these, the rest will fall into place.
STEP 3- we look at your ACTIVITY LEVELS.
Are you doing enough exercise or are you active enough to use up all those excess calories that you’ve been consuming?
With a correct and suitable exercise plan you’ll be burning calories all day long, even whilst you’re sleeping!
